RC Tech has introduced a new certification program; the RC Tech Circle of Expertise™ which is the first of its kind in the staffing industry. It is one more way that RC Tech ensures that quality candidates are delivered to our clients.

What is an RC Tech Circle of Expertise™ IT Professional Contractor?

An “RC Tech Circle of Expertise™” specialist is a contractor who has been awarded an elite designation. This designation recognizes high-quality independent contractors who exhibit true talent and professionalism.

This is a voluntary program that echoes the high standards that are expected from this exceptional group of professionals. To become one of RC Tech's Circle of Expertise™ IT Professionals, contractors are required to meet the following requirements:

 
1. A contractor is required to sign and adhere to the Contractor Code of Conduct.
2. A contractor must have positive, current reference checks completed by an RC Tech supervisor.
3. A contractor must have completed at least one assignment with RC Tech where the client has been satisfied with the work completed.
4. A contractor must be endorsed by at least one RC Tech Recruiter and is approved by RC Tech's Certification Board.

(This certification can be verified by anyone calling RC Tech)

These in-demand professionals have a history of high standards in addition to their technical expertise and are committed to completing your project. Keep in mind though, that, while not every professional we recruit will necessarily meet the requirements of an RC Tech Circle of Expertise™ specialist, all of our contractors are expected to sign the Contractor Code of Conduct. These contractors have declared their commitment to high standards and are future candidates for this certification.
